PACKAGE 1 | FULL EVENT PLAN

STARTING from scratch, needing help with all aspects of your event? give us a call, we will be there from the very beginning to the end, helping deliver your ideal event. from inspiration meetings, site visits, to final pack down after your event, we are there for the whole journey.

PACKAGE 2 | HALF EVENT PLAN

If you have already booked certain elements of your event we can help pull it all together. CO-ORDINATE on the day and finish the planning PROCESS. simply let us know what you have already sourced and we can go from there!

PACKAGE 3 | EVENT DAY CO-ORDINATOR

If you are all sorted, with everything booked for your event and are after support for the day, this is your package. we will manage your event on the day, being your on site co-ordinator, handling suppliers, ensuring everything is running to schedule and everything is EXECUTED perfectly for you.

does what it says on the tin! there for as long as you need us, whether that be for only a few hours, we would love to add our expertise to your planning process.
